J Corky RandolphJ. Corky Randolph has been promoted to senior vice president/regional president for Rockwall. Collin and Hunt counties. He previously served as the bank’s Rockwall County market president. He will oversee loans and operations in the region’s seven Alliance Bank branches.

Randolph has been with Alliance Bank for 21 years. Prior to that, he was with Community Bank for 13 years. He launched his banking career at First Interstate Bank, for which he served four years.

nameJeff Byrnes has been promoted to senior vice president/regional president of the bank’s Eastern markets and will office in Mount Vernon. He previously served as Franklin County market president. In his new position, he will oversee senior lending, team performance and market growth across Hopkins and Franklin counties.

Byrnes has been with Alliance Bank since 2016. Prior to his service as Franklin County Market president, he was assistant vice president/commercial loan officer in Sulphur Springs. Earlier positions at the bank included loan officer/special projects, mortgage loan officer and credit analyst.
