Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

April 20–26, 2025

Home Offices

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Victory Bank, based in Lubbock, to relocate its home office from 4710 4th St. in Lubbock to 4401 Marsha Sharp Fwy. in Lubbock.

Branches

The OCC reports that PNC Bank NA, based in Wilmington, has established a branch at 12601 Lake June Rd. in Balch Springs.

The OCC reports that The First National Bank of Granbury, based in Granbury, to establish a branch located within the 2800 block of U.S. Hwy. 67 in Glen Rose.

The OCC reports that First National Bank of Central Texas, based in Waco, has applied to establish a branch at 4270 State Hwy. 6 S in College Station.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, to establish a branch at 332 W. Jefferson Blvd. in Dallas. The agency also reports that Texas Regional Bank has applied to establish a branch at 13300 FM 1488 in Magnolia.

The TDB reports that First Community Bank, based in Corpus Christi, has applied to establish a branch at 6302 W. Broadway St., Ste. 100, in Pearland.
