The OCC reports that it has approved an application by West Texas National Bank, based in Midland, to establish a branch at 500 Dallas St., Ste. A, in Plainview.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 8915 N. Sam Houston Pky. W in Houston. The agency also reports that Frost Bank has applied to establish the following branches: 4720 Williams Dr., Ste. 100, in Georgetown and 7460 N. State Hwy. 161 in Irving.

The TDB reports that Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, has applied to establish a branch at 4389 E. U.S. Hwy. 83 in Rio Grande City.

The TDB reports that Susser Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 901 Mopac Expy. S, Ste. 100, in Austin.
