On October 3, Durant, Oklahoma-based First United Bank announced that Rick Rodman will serve as Dallas market president. He has more than 30 years of experience in the middle-market and business banking segments. Most recently he served as managing director/head of business banking for a regional bank in Texas. He has also worked for larger financial institutions, including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase.

Rodman is a Texas native, earning both his BBA degree in finance and real estate and an MBA degree in finance from Baylor University. He is active in the community, volunteering with Cornerstone Community Development Corp., Christian Community Action, Feed My Starving Children and Preston Trail Community Church.
