Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Branches

The OCC reports that Broadway National Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 710 Hesters Crossing, Ste. 210, in Round Rock.

The TDB reports that PlainsCapital Bank, based in University Park, has applied to establish a branch at 100 W. Mulberry St., Ste. 200, in Denton.

The TDB reports that Oakwood Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 411 Broadway Ave., Ste. 160, in Dallas.
