Randy Prather, chairman and CEO of Crowley-based First National Bank of Louisiana, recently announced the promotion of two executives.
Rose Miller has been named president, having served 18 years as executive vice president. In her expanded role, she will continue her responsibilities as senior commercial lender overseeing the Lafayette market. Miller has more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry.
Jim Lyons Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president. He began his banking career in New Orleans, but was displaced after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since joining First National Bank in 2006, Lyons has held managerial roles in loan operations, compliance and commercial lending.
Lyons is past president of the Louisiana Bankers Education Council, past chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Acadiana, past board member of Acadiana Red Cross, board member of the Beaver Club of Lafayette and past chair of the Leadership Excel advisory board.
