No. 2 to Eventual President/CEO | Community Bank | Texas

I am looking for a No. 2 person who can eventually become president and chief executive officer of a $500-million community bank located in Texas with multiple locations. I am currently president/CEO looking for a person to back up and support my position. I anticipate working for a few more years, but looking down the road I need someone in training now for succession planning. The bank is profitable, in good condition, has low-employee turnover, good culture and a stable board of directors and shareholders. Résumés will be held confidential.
