Austin-based Business Bank of Texas NA has promoted Dwayne Kolly to chief executive officer/chief financial officer. He joined the bank in 2014 as CFO, having served as an executive officer at several banks in South and Central Texas during his career. He is a 1993 graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.
The Business Bank of Texas also promoted Mary “T.D.” Winters to serve as president/chief credit officer. She has worked at the bank since 2012 and brings nearly 30 years of experience in banking and credit management to the job. Winters earned a BBA degree in finance from Corpus Christi State University and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.
“This is the culmination of a long-planned executive succession,” says Dave Sather, board chairman.
Ed Lette, outgoing CEO and president, will remain in a leadership role in the bank as vice chairman and chief of lending and business development.
Business Bank of Texas was chartered in 2007, specializing in the credit and transactional needs of small- and medium-sized businesses in Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding region.
