On November 1, Bossier City-based Citizens National Bank announced the appointment of Bill Allred to senior vice president/chief technology officer. He began his career in 1980 as an educator with the Bossier Parish school system, and during his 36 years in education, Allred’s roles included teaching and school administration. For the past 15 years, he was technology director for the school system, managing one of the largest technology enterprises in Northwest Louisiana. Upon retiring from the education profession, Allred provided IT consulting services to Citizens National Bank before officially joining as chief technology officer.
