K.C. Wyatt, chairman of the board of Corsicana-based Community National Bank & Trust, has announced senior management changes pending his retirement as CEO of the bank. Rusty Hitt has been promoted to CEO. Over the past 20 years at the bank, he has served as president, executive vice president and chief lending officer. He graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in finance, as well as from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.
Tim Stites has been promoted to president of the bank and also serves on its board of directors. Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief operations officer. Having been with the bank for 34 years, Stites follows in the footsteps of his father, Zane Stites, who also served the bank as president. Stites holds a BBA in finance from Oklahoma State University.
With assets of approximately $720 million and 182 employees, Community National Bank & Trust of Texas has locations in Corsicana, Buffalo, Burleson, Fairfield, Frost, Lake Worth, Mineral Wells, Possum Kingdom, Red Oak, Richland Chambers Lake, Weatherford and White Settlement.
